Hello Everyone and welcome to WIP Wednesday. Today is going to be short and sweet. I’ve only worked on two cross stitch pieces since my long list of projects last week. And because of that, I have a finish!

Chalk Full Liberty is finished! This was the design that got everyone excited about the Chalk Full series by Hands On Design and Priscilla Blain of Stitching with the Housewives. It was used for a retreat project and released the following year as the last piece in the series. I’ve made the smalls in all the designs except the Halloween chart. This is my third jar and I’m not sure if I’ll make any of the others. I did change the colors of the leaves, DMC 581, and the jar, an Aurifloss aqua. It’s stitched on 16 ct Chalkboard Aida.

I’m slowly making progress on Land That I Love by Teresa Kogut. This week I finished the vines and the bird in an urn which looks like a boat to me.

I hope to finish the “boat” this week.

Today is the day to start cross stitch camp with Colorado Cross Stitcher. I’ll be starting Patriotic Rose in the next day or two as my camp project. Let me know if you are going to camp, too. You can follow along on Instagram using #crossstitchcamp2022.
That’s it for me today. As always, thanks so much for stopping by.

The aqua jar looks so pretty with the lovely cross-stitched blooms. Beautiful stitching again. Love seeing your progress each week.

Excellent progress. I have Land that I Love, but think it’ll be on hold until I can get some of the other WIPs completed.

Thanks, Lydia! I understand, it’s a big project. Maybe I’ll have it finished by next summer!
